Register & Pairing
We were able to provide support in the successful initial introduction of an online module for several vehicle series of a British OEM. We were involved in the adaptation and integration into existing production processes to ensure a safe and smooth certificate exchange between the online module in the vehicle and the backend services.
Service Management
In collaboration with the backend provider, we took care of the design and implementation of a new service provisioning platform to enable the activation/deactivation of online services in the vehicle through coordinated communication between various control devices, thereby making the services available for the customer.
Subscription Management
Together with the backend provider, we have developed a licensing model for our customer (OEM). Different customer packages with multiple features have been created and specifically tailored to various markets. It was important to design the services in such a way that they align with service provisioning and do not contradict each other.
Enrollment
Development of a solution tailored to the specific requirements of the luxury segment customer to link the vehicle and owner in the backend systems. Through enrollment, it is possible to activate and use various online services, such as over-the-air updates, in the car or in the mobile app.
