We at CarByte are fully committed to acting with integrity and in compliance with the law. Reliability, credibility, respect, integrity, fair business practices, and especially the adherence to all applicable laws (legality) determine our actions and are essential success factors for our company.
Indications of possible misconduct within our company and in our supply chain help us meet this commitment. Reports are investigated promptly and carefully to quickly address violations and take action – and to sustainably rectify shortcomings for the future.
Please use the reporting channel if you have information about misconduct or a violation of laws, regulations, or other stipulations related to our business activities. All reports will be treated confidentially. Any form of disadvantage to CarByte employees or contractors due to a report made in good faith is excluded. This also applies if the report is later found to be unfounded.
However, no false or personal attacks directed against specific individuals will be tolerated. Untrue, malicious, or otherwise abusive reports are prohibited and may result in disciplinary action.
