We at CarByte are fully committed to acting with integrity and in compliance with the law. Reliability, credibility, respect, integrity, fair business behaviour and, in particular, compliance with all applicable laws (legality) determine our actions and are key success factors for our company.
Indications of possible misconduct within our company and in our supply chain help us to fulfil these requirements. Information is followed up quickly and carefully in order to swiftly rectify any violations and take measures - and to eliminate misconduct in the long term for the future.
Please contact the reporting office if you have any indications of misconduct or a violation of laws, guidelines or other regulations in connection with our business activities. All reports will be treated confidentially. Any form of discrimination against CarByte employees or contractual partners due to a report made in good faith is excluded. This also applies if the report subsequently proves to be unfounded.
However, no false or personal attacks directed against specific persons will be tolerated. False, malicious or otherwise abusive reports are prohibited and may result in disciplinary action.
