The fixed-installed systems enable direct communication with emergency call centers or roadside assistance from the car to transmit critical information promptly. The eCall (Emergency Call) system has been mandatory for all newly registered car models in the EU since April 2018 and is an important feature to make future mobility safer.

Call services require a functioning online connection, which is provided by an integrated e-SIM in the communication module. Our specialists accompany the entire implementation process through to testing and ensure that your eCall system functions optimally.

bCall

The Breakdown Call (bCall) allows customers to request roadside assistance via the app "bCall" in the event of a breakdown. When "bCall" is submitted, a data package with precise geolocation data is transmitted to the roadside assistance service. The affected driver is then immediately informed by phone about the actions taken and kept updated at all times.
