Your mission
Your central area of responsibility includes involvement in the daily administrative and organizational implementation of People&Culture topics.
You support recruiting and applicant management, e.g. by creating and managing job postings, maintaining the applicant pool, assisting in candidate selection, and in the subsequent hiring process.
You assist with operational tasks throughout the entire Employee Lifecycle process (e.g. maintaining personnel databases, creating documents, conducting evaluations).
You collaborate on cross-functional People&Culture projects and have the opportunity to take on your own smaller projects in the areas of recruiting and personnel development.
Your profile
You are a bachelor's or master's student in economics, (business) psychology, or a similar field of study, preferably with a focus on human resources.
You are a team player with an independent, careful, and responsible working style and bring a high level of motivation and empathy.
You enjoy working with people and are characterized by a proactive working style and hands-on mentality.
Initial experience through internships or part-time jobs is an advantage.
You have good knowledge of common MS Office applications.
You possess fluent German and very good English language skills, both written and spoken.
